No customer service, no refund or re-shipment for undelivered products

I forgot to put apt # on my second purchase and the delivery couldn't be made. That is on me, and I tried to reach out to customer service freaking 4-5 times, and I got absolutely no response. I told Kalavita that I am okay with a refund since USPS was returning the gummies anyway or if they could re-ship another one as I gave them the complete address and even changed the delivery instructions on USPS, but no solutions were offered. You took your customer's money without giving me the product. YOU ARE STEALING because of your negligence. I am glad that you let me write this review cuz I couldn't find where I can expose this shithole and non-existent customer support. If you still have any integrity to do this business, please reach out to me and get this over.
